My Nightingale result report is visually intuitive and easy-to-understand

The overall insight into your health, Nightingale Health Score, is presented as a single number (40-100 point scale) making it easy to follow. The risk of cardiovascular disease (myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, stroke, etc.) and type 2 diabetes are shown as separate risk scores.

The overall health insight is further analysed in detail using five health indicators. You can see which indicators could be improved.

*Heart Age: assesses the condition of the cardiovascular system relative to actual age
Diabetes Tolerance Score: assesses your future resistance to diabetes
Cholesterol Balance Score: assesses your cholesterol balance Fatty Acid Balance Score: assesses the balance of your fatty acid intake
Inflammation score: assesses chronic inflammation in your body

CVD risk

Cardiovascular disease risk presents the likelihood of developing a cardiovascular disease, such as cerebral infarction and myocardial infarction, within 10 years.

Risk of type 2 diabetes

2Type 2 diabetes risk presents the likelihood of developing type 2 diabetes within 10 years.
