After blood collection blood samples are dispensed to cryopreservation tubes,
collected from the medical facility and analyzed in Nightingale Health Japan’s laboratory.
The results report will be typically delivered within 1 to 2 weeks after blood collection.
Step 1
Fasting for at least 10 hours is required before blood collection. Please use a special blood collection tube (vacuum blood collection tube for serum with separator by Terumo Corporation).
Step 2
Centrifugation should be performed within one hour after blood collection and the tubes should be dispensed for cryopreservation. The centrifugation conditions should be organised according to the conditions recommended by the blood collection tube manufacturer or general guidelines.
Step 3
After aliquoting, please store the samples in freezing conditions. A representative from the diagnostic company will come to collect the samples.
Step 4
The analysis will be conducted at Nightingale Health Japan's laboratory in Tokyo.
Step 5
A representative of the diagnostic company will typically deliver the results report within 1 to 2 weeks after blood collection.
